We have 30 hotels, providing a total of around 3,000 rooms and 5,900 beds. Most of them are central, at a convenient distance from conference facilities, sights, shopping, general communications and whatever you wish to utilise in connection with your stay here.
Thanks to its location in the middle of the Öresund [The Sound] region Malmö is very well suited for both national and international conferences. The bridge over Öresund, and the proximity to one of Europe's biggest airports, Copenhagen Airport, and Malmö Airport, make it easy to get to and meet up in Malmö.
Malmö hosts conferences involving everything from 2 to 3,500 participants in the same venue. There is everything here, from state-ofthe- art conference venues to an atmospheric medieval environment. There are many possibilities! Before and during a conference the City of Malmö helps to make events successful by providing every conceivable service.
For example, we provide leaflets and exhibition and presentational material that may be needed when planning and promoting events. Sometimes an inspection visit is required to get an idea of what the destination can offer. Such visits are coordinated by ourselves within the City of Malmö.
